If you don't click the red buttons on the screen that appears when you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In that email there is a sentence that says: "You can always find out the current status of your order by going to..." followed by a link. Click the link.

You may be asked to input the credit card number that you used when you placed your order. You will not be charged again, this is to verify that you are you. After you enter the number you will be taken back to the screen with the red download buttons. Click the buttons.

One of the issues with downloadable patterns is that we con't control or predict how your computer and your printer will handle these files.
