This is a subscription that includes the patterns as they become available through the year, Becky's video lessons along the way, and access to the private facebook group.

I would like to to invite you to come with me on a sew-along adventure! We will be making a quilt by hand. You will get to be part of the process as this quilt goes from drawing to fabric. I don't usually share the behind-the-scenes details of my quilt-making process. You don't see my sketches, or the piles of fabric on my table. This time you will!

This is a hand work project. There will be English paper piecing (aka EPPing) and applique. It's possible that there could be a little embroidery—I'm not sure about that yet—and there might be a bit of hand piecing. I'm going to hand quilt my quilt.

The center medallion will likely be 16" x 16". Most of the EPP blocks will be 8" x 8" and 4" x 4". I think the quilt will finish at 48" x 48" but that could change. There will most likely be 12 different blocks, some will repeat.

Here's how it will work: I will release a new block once every 4-8 weeks. (I'm pretty sure that this project will stretch into 2020 due to my travel schedule). Subscribers will have access to private YouTube tutorial videos where I talk about color, design, and specific techniques. There will be a private Facebook group where we can exchange ideas and techniques while working on the block.

There won't be a fabric kit. I will, however, include fabric and color information in the videos to make it easy for you to choose your own fabric. I suspect that many of you, like me, can make this quilt from fabric in your stash. The in troductory video below should help you get started.

You can subscribe at any time, but if you start later, you'll have to catch up to be in sync with the group. The first pattern will be available at the end of January.

I look forward to seeing you on my Hand Sewing Adventure!"
